Zelestra Italy develops photovoltaic, agrivoltaic, and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across six Italian regions, spanning the islands, southern, and central-northern areas, with a total pipeline exceeding 1.4 GW. With its first projects scheduled to come online in 2026, Zelestra is accelerating Italy’s energy transition by combining innovation, sustainability, and local value creation. Senior Leadership Team - Italy
Meet our senior leadership team, driving innovation and excellence.

Eliano leads a 40-strong team in Rome and Palermo across origination, business development, EPC, and services, driving a 1.5 GW solar and storage pipeline toward 2 GW by 2026. With 25+ years in the energy sector, he was CEO of 3SUN, launching Europe’s largest solar module plant, created E.ON’s storage unit, and built ENEL X’s B2B division. A dynamic leader with experience across USA, Brazil, China, India, Russia, and Europe, he combines strategic vision, project finance, and operational excellence to foster innovation, negotiate complex contracts, and deliver sustainable growth and shareholder value.

Marianna leads Italy’s EPC strategy, ensuring renewable projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to technical standards while coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction across the lifecycle. With over 15 years of international experience at Enel Green Power in solar, wind, geothermal, BESS, and hydrogen, she combines technical expertise with managerial skills. She holds a PhD in Industrial Chemical Processes from Sapienza University of Rome.

Davide leads Zelestra’s business development in Italy, from origination to project management. He brings over 12 years of industry experience, including strategic roles at E.ON, Enel, and Enfinity Global. With a track record of more than 5 GW developed, he has driven global growth in energy storage, renewables, and flexibility, combining engineering expertise with leadership in clean energy business development.

Tatiana leads Zelestra’s commercial strategy and client engagement in Italy, driving the adoption of renewable energy through innovative Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and tailored decarbonization solutions. With nearly two decades of experience in energy markets, renewables, and sustainability, she has held senior positions at Enel Group and Enel Green Power. Her expertise spans PPA origination, global commercial operations, power and gas trading, and market analysis. Throughout her career, Tatiana has built long-term partnerships that enable businesses to advance their sustainability goals and accelerate the energy transition.

Giorgia leads stakeholder engagement to accelerate Italy’s renewable energy transition, working with national government, local authorities, trade associations, media, and communities. She has over a decade of advocacy experience at Huawei, the United Nations, and EU institutions, bringing expertise in public affairs, energy and industrial policy, sustainability, CSR, and stakeholder relations. She earned academic degrees in political science, social development, and administration management in Italy, Denmark, and China.

Luca leads Zelestra’s renewable initiatives in Italy, overseeing the development and leading the execution of large-scale projects to ensure alignment with financial, technical, and sustainability goals. He brings over 17 years of international experience at Enel Green Power, where he held senior roles in project optimization, tender management, and business development across Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania, and Latin America. His expertise spans project structuring, financial modeling, M&A, and cross-functional technical team leadership, with a proven track record in driving growth and delivering complex renewable portfolios.

Sofia leads Zelestra’s legal strategy in Italy, enabling pioneering projects that support business growth and the energy transition. She provides innovative, business-oriented solutions across company functions, drawing on strong experience from a leading international law firm. Her expertise lies in renewable energy, with a focus on corporate and business law.

Fjoralba oversees the full lifecycle of large-scale renewable projects, from advanced development to commercial operation, ensuring alignment with financial, technical, and sustainability goals. She previously held senior roles at Enel Group, leading global strategy, business development, investment planning, and digital transformation. Her expertise spans project origination, M&A, equity partnerships, governance, and trading. She holds an MBA from Luiss Guido Carli University and a Master’s in Economics.
