20+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector. Previously, Neeraj was part of the Senior Leadership Team at AES Clean Energy, where he developed new products and business lines. Notably, Neeraj led the development of a GW+ of green hydrogen sites. He also structured a landmark 24/7 Carbon Free Energy deal with Google. Before AES Clean Energy, Neeraj led AES’s business in the Philippines and worked in project development and M&A.

15+ years of experience in the US Power and Renewables Markets. Ignacio joined Zelestra US in 2022 leading the business development team. Previously, he was leading the Trina ISBU Origination and M&A team. Before, Ignacio has led the project development teams at Brightmark, Idemitsu Renewables and Gestamp Solar US (currently XELIO). Over his career, Ignacio has developed 5+ GW.

Armando joined from Siemens, where he lead the legal team for Siemens Financial Services’ Americas Private Equity investment business. Prior to Siemens, Armando was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery. Armando has acquired, sold, financed and restructured double digit GW of energy projects.

20+ years of experience in the US Power and Renewables Markets. Sybil joined Zelestra from EDPR, a top 4 US Renewables IPP where her team raised over $2B capital in debt and equity in under 2 years. Prior to EDPR Sybil served as Director of Finance for Duke Energy (10+) and Vice President of Catamount Energy (5+). Over her career, Sybil has raised over $7B to support solar, wind and BESS Projects in the US.
